Do I have a shower? No, you will need to shower before you arrive
Do I do full service? Not at present
Do I have to fill out the form? Yes, insurance requires it.
Do I do home/hotel visits? These can be arranged though cost more. I don’t do many as I don’t drive and rely on uber. chat with me for more info.
