The Session

A personalised session guided by your body’s needs

Not your average set-up

Hi fellas,


Every session begins with a simple intention: giving you the space to just be as you are, without judgement or any need to perform. It starts with slowing down and becoming grounded, allowing your body to settle and relax into the session.


I don’t use a traditional massage table like you may have experienced before. Instead, sessions take place on a floor-based Thai kapok mat. Many men find traditional tables less supportive than they would like, especially those with longer or broader bodies where arms and legs can end up dangling over the sides. The mat provides a much more stable and comfortable surface, allowing the body to fully relax without anything hanging off the edge.


During the session the mat becomes more like a place of rest. I work slowly, gliding and easing you into the rhythm of the massage. The floor-based approach allows for greater closeness, natural positioning, and a more connected and authentic style of bodywork.


Rather than using a single “one-style-fits-all” approach, I draw from several traditions. From Thai massage I incorporate stretching and techniques that support flexibility and strength. From tantric traditions I bring an awareness of closeness, breath, and helping you reconnect with your body. When emotional tension is present, somatic techniques can help the body settle and regulate.


No two sessions are the same. Each massage may include one of these elements or a blend of several, woven together naturally depending on what your body needs in that moment.

The overall pace of the work is slow and attentive. I don’t rely only on my hands; I allow my whole body to move with the rhythm of the session, creating flowing, grounded contact. This unhurried approach allows the nervous system to settle and gives the body the space it needs to reset.


Throughout the session you may experience a variety of movements, including stretching, compression, vibration, slow flowing strokes, holding, and moments of stillness. Sometimes those quiet moments are important, especially when the body begins to soften and release tension from within.


This work is for men who feel the need to slow down and give themselves permission to truly rest. Men who want to reconnect with their bodies and release the tensions that life quietly places upon us.
